While on holiday in Sotavento, I developed a weird injury. I got pins and needles in both legs and a weakness in my right side. It got worse for about 6 weeks, any walking would bring it on in my legs and the longer I did it the further up it would spread. I went to the Doc, and saw a consultant. He said I had some sort of neck injury, either pressure on the nerves or strain, localised in my neck. I\'ve been going to a Chiropractor (expensive!) too. I got an MRI scan of my head and neck last month. And there is nothing wrong with my neck nor is there anything wrong with my head / brain (er what brain?). Obviously great news. And now finally I am getting back to normal after about 4 months!

I went for a short bike ride about 45 mins of lightweight stuff. I am glad to feel back, and hope my symptoms don\'t return.

All said, I think windsurfing caused it. Could have been a windsurfing whiplash, could have been lack of stretching my neck and back... I guess I wont ever know. But I will have to slow down a bit and stretch out before and after exercise properly.

Anyone else ever had anything like this?

High stoke, because I am finally getting back to normal.....
